申請材料Four. Application Materials

1、全體合伙人簽署的《外商投資合伙企業(yè)名稱預(yù)先核準(zhǔn)申請書》；
1. Application for Prior Approval of Name for Foreign-Invested Partnership Enterprise signed by all partners.

2、全體合伙人的主體資格證明或自然人身份證明復(fù)印件。
2. Copies of subject qualification certificates or natural persons’ ID certificates of all partners.

注 ：1、《外商投資合伙企業(yè)名稱預(yù)先核準(zhǔn)申請書》可以登錄鄭州威馳外資企業(yè)服務(wù)中心官網(wǎng)下載或者到工商行政管理機(jī)關(guān)領(lǐng)?。?/p>

 
2、提交的申請書與其他申請材料應(yīng)當(dāng)使用Ａ４型紙。以上各項未注明提交復(fù)印件的，應(yīng)當(dāng)提交原件，提交復(fù)印件的，應(yīng)當(dāng)注明“與原件一致”并由全體合伙人簽字蓋章或由其指定的代表或委托的代理人加蓋鮮章或簽字。

2. Application and other materials submitted shall be made with A4-size papers. If no copies indicated in the aforementioned are to be submitted, originals shall be submitted; when a copy is submitted, it should be marked with ‘consistent with the original’ and stamped & signed by all the partners or stamped or signed by the designated representative or authorized agent of the enterprise.

3、以上所提交的文件若用外文書寫，需提交中文譯本，并加蓋翻譯單位鮮章。
3. If the documents mentioned above are written in a foreign language, the Chinese translation version shall be submitted, and stamped by the related translation company.

4、企業(yè)名稱中需依法標(biāo)明企業(yè)類型“普通合伙”、“特殊普通合伙”、或者“有限合伙”字樣；不得出現(xiàn)公司字樣。
4. Enterprise type such as "general partnership", "special general partnership" or "limited partnership" is required to be marked in enterprise name as per laws, but wording like “company” is not required.

5、企業(yè)申請預(yù)先核準(zhǔn)的名稱中不使用國民經(jīng)濟(jì)行業(yè)類別用語表述的，應(yīng)符合《企業(yè)名稱登記管理規(guī)定實施辦法》第十八條規(guī)定。5. Application for prior approval without using expression of national economy industry category shall meet the requirement of Article 18 of Measures for the Implementation of Administration of Enterprise Name Registration.

6、企業(yè)申請預(yù)先核準(zhǔn)的名稱中的行業(yè)表述應(yīng)體現(xiàn)其主要經(jīng)營范圍，企業(yè)名稱不應(yīng)當(dāng)明示或者暗示有超越其經(jīng)營范圍的業(yè)務(wù)。6. The industry expression in enterprise name applied for prior approval shall reflect its main business scope, and the enterprise name shall not express or imply the business beyond its business scope.

7、企業(yè)申請的名稱預(yù)先核準(zhǔn)通知書有效期為6個月，有效期滿仍未登記，核準(zhǔn)的名稱自動失效。. The Notice on Prior Approval of Name for Foreign-Invested Partnership Enterprise is valid for 6 months, and the approved name shall automatically become invalid in case it is not registered as of the date of expiry.
